1. About Our Service

Hafeet Tutoring provides private and group tutoring sessions for children in Al Ain, UAE. Sessions are conducted in person by qualified, experienced tutors. By registering and booking a session, you ("the parent" or "guardian") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Tutoring services for Mathematics, Science, Arabic, and English are available for children from KG1 to Grade 4.
• Coding & AI sessions are available for students from KG1 to Grade 12.
• All accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over.

3. Session Types & Pricing

• Monthly Plan: AED 250/month — 8 private sessions
• Weekly: AED 80/week — 2 private sessions
• Group Session: AED 50/session — maximum 4 students per group
• Private Session: AED 70/session — one-on-one

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice to existing clients.

4. Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions are confirmed within 24 hours of registration via email or WhatsApp.
• Session times are agreed upon between the tutor and parent at the time of confirmation.
• It is the parent's responsibility to ensure the child attends sessions on time.

5. Cancellation Policy

Hafeet Tutoring reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to tutor unavailability or force majeure events. In such cases, a full replacement session will be offered.

6. Rescheduling & Settlement Policy

Rescheduling

• Any session can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice (48 hours for group sessions) at no extra charge.
• Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days of the original session date.
• Sessions cancelled without sufficient notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
• Hafeet Tutoring will always offer a replacement session at no charge if we cancel or reschedule on our end.

Case-by-Case Resolution

We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to continue sessions for a genuine reason (medical, relocation, or other serious circumstance), please contact us directly. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution — which may include:

• Transferring remaining sessions to another child or family member
• Extending the validity period of your sessions
• Applying credit toward a future booking

Resolution is at the sole discretion of Hafeet Tutoring management. To open a case, contact us at no-reply@hafeettutoring.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of the issue.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to be respectful, prepared, and punctual.
• Hafeet Tutoring reserves the right to terminate sessions without refund in cases of repeated disruptive behaviour after a written warning.
• Parents are encouraged to stay available during sessions for younger children (KG–Grade 2).

8. Tutor Standards

• All tutors are qualified, experienced, and background-checked.
• Sessions are conducted professionally and in a safe, respectful environment.
• If you are unsatisfied with a tutor, contact us within 48 hours of the session and we will arrange an alternative at no extra charge.

9. Liability

Hafeet Tutoring is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from missed sessions or changes in academic performance. Our liability is limited to the value of sessions paid for but not delivered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
